Class Schedule

Choose from Private, DUO, Small Group and Group Classes or a combination and we will help you design a program that gives you the best possible outcome to suit your lifestyle and budget.

SESSION TYPES

PRIVATE – The ideal way to train as the focus of your trainer is solely on you and your goals! Duration 30-45 minutes.

Pilates
– Individual Pilates session designed for your specific needs and preferences. Utilising various Pilates modalities such as Mat and Reformer to improve core strength and stability, postural inefficiencies and injuries. Find out more about Pilates here

Personal Training (FUNctional Movement)
– Individual Personal Training session designed for your specific needs, goals and preferences. Utilising various functional movement training equipment & modalities with Pilates Principles to help you move well, feel strong and improve flexibility and mobility. The most effective way to achieve your health & wellness goals!

DUO – Two people training together under the guidance of your trainer. Duration 45 minutes.

Pilates
-Duo Pilates session designed for your specific needs and preferences. Utilising various Pilates modalities such as Mat and Reformer to improve core strength and stability, postural inefficiencies and injuries. 2 participants per session.

SMALL GROUP – Gather together some friends and family for a Small Group Training session that is tailored to your groups needs and preferences. Duration 60 minutes.

CLASS TYPES

GROUP MOVEMENT CLASSES – Have some fun and get things moving with our group movement classes. With a maximum of  8-12 participants (depending on class type/time) we are able to ensure you are training safely and effectively. Class durations between 30-60 minutes.

FUNctional Circuit
FUNctional Circuit is designed to give you a balanced workout combining many different types of training based around everyday movement patterns and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with lots of PLAY thrown in! Improving functional strength, flexibility, mobility and balance will greatly increase your enjoyment of your daily activities. You will have a lot of FUN in these classes and laughter is as good for the core as it is the soul! Group Class with up to 12 participants.

Barre Attack
Barre Attack is a fabulous fusion of Pilates, Dance & Fitness. An all over body workout which helps to firm & tone legs, arms, tummy and butt along with improving posture, flexibility & balance. With the music pumping and cardio intervals dispersed throughout, it’s a great workout and lots of fun! Group Class with up to 8 participants. For more info on Barre Attack click here.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a gentle, yet effective way to improve core strength and stability, flexibility, mobility and posture. Over time you will develop your mind – body connection and improve your movement patterns to reduce pain & help prevent injuries. A fabulous way to lengthen and strengthen your body. Group Classes with up to 12 participants.
